Throw a pizza party just for two when you roll out pies made from an easy Food Processor Pizza Dough for Two and delicious toppings. Prosciutto and arugula are a classic pizza topping combination. Now, that’s amoré!

Preheat oven to 450° with a baking stone on bottom rack.

To build pizzas, transfer two dough rounds to pizza peel dusted with cornmeal. Divide mozzarella, fontina, and 2 oz. prosciutto among dough rounds.

Bake pizzas, two at a time, until crust is browned, 10 minutes.

Toss arugula and remaining 1 oz. prosciutto with oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Divide arugula mixture among pizzas.
