Room for More Ribs

Space a little tighter on your grill than you'd like? Here's a creative way to make room for even more meat.

To save space on the grill when cooking baby back ribs or spareribs, first trim the ribs, if necessary, then roll them into a coil and secure with metal skewers. This way you can get twice as many on the grill.
