Clump-Free Frozen Vegetables
Here's a simple, fuss-free way to keep your frozen peas and other vegetables from becoming big icy clumps.
To help keep frozen vegetables, such as peas, from clumping up when they go back in the freezer, place a folded paper towel in the bag after opening it. The towel absorbs excess moisture, keeping it from refreezing and causing the vegetables to stick.
