Cooking Bacon

Don't fret over bacon grease anymore. With this quick tip you'll have perfectly cooked bacon and minimal clean up.

Use aluminum foil to cut down on cleanup after cooking bacon in the oven. So the bacon doesn’t just sit in a puddle of grease as it cooks or stick to the foil, crumple the foil into a ball, then flatten it out, fit it to the pan, and place bacon on it. The ridges create valleys for the grease and my bacon doesn’t stick.
