Instructions

Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in a sauté pan over high heat; add leeks and cook until soft, about 2 minutes; transfer to a dish.

Sauté green beans in oil and remaining 1 Tbsp. butter in same pan over high heat until crisp-tender, 6–8 minutes. Off heat, stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Serve green beans topped with leeks and almonds.
