Aglio e Olio
Aglio e Oilio, or garlic & oil spaghetti, is one of the easiest pasta dishes you could make for a significant flavor payoff.
Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water; set aside.
Heat oil in same pot over medium-high. Add garlic and pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add pasta water and spaghetti. Toss to coat spaghetti with oil and garlic, and season with salt and black pepper.
