Ingredients

Use short tube pastas such as penne or cavatappi. Short tube pastas make it easier for the sauce to cling to the noodle, allowing for more flavorful bites.

Instructions

Pulse spinach, basil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor until chopped fine. With machine running, drizzle in oil. Season pesto with salt to taste.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss together drained hot pasta, pesto, and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice in a large bowl. Serve pasta immediately with Chicken Parmesan.
