Revised Recipe Method
When oven roasting the vegetables for the salsa verde in the Honey-Lime Chicken Fajitas recipe, you should use a metal baking pan (not a glass baking dish), and pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.

CAUTION  Do not use a glass baking dish for this recipe. Placing room temperature vegatables in a glass baking dish that's been pre-heated in a 500 degree oven as depicted in the original recipe may cause the glass baking dish to shatter.
