cup dried apricots, snipped |

navel oranges, peeled, thinly sliced |

Granny Smith apple, cored, diced |

banana, peeled, sliced |

Juice of 1/2 lime |

Pinch of salt |

Warm juice
in a saucepan over medium heat. Add apricots, remmove from
heat, and let stand until soft, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile,
prepapre the fruit.
Pour juice and apricots over prepared fruit;
toss with mint, sugar, lime juice, and salt. Serve immediately.
