Red Sauce
Make sure you cook the sauce for 30 minutes and make it at least a day ahead so that all the flavors have time to mellow and meld together.

Makes 3 Cups
Total Time: 30 Minutes


Cook over Medium-low Heat:
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup white balamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. sorghum molasses
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. cayenne
2 t. Dijon mustard

Vinegar Sauce

Makes 3 Cups
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Cook over Medium-low Heat:
2 cups cider vinegar
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T. Tabasco sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. butter
1 t. red pepper flakes
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
