Chocolate Cake Red Pepper Cheddar Dip Puff Pancakes with maple baked fruit

  Makes: 1 1/3 cups (4 servings total) Total Time: 10 minutes    
1   cup heavy cream
1/2   cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2   cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
   Cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and pepper to taste

Heat cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; let sauce stand several minutes to melt the cheese. Stir in seasonings until blended. Keep sauce warm over low heat until ready to serve.
