mixture between two baking sheets.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a
baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk together oil, syrup, vanilla,
and salt in a bowl.
Stir in oats, cereal, coconut,
pepitas, sunflower seeds, and flax
seeds until combined.
Spread granola in an even layer
onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake granola, stirring occasionally,
until golden brown and dry,
30 minutes.
Stir dried fruit and cacao nibs into
granola; cool completely on baking
sheet. Store granola in an air-tight
container.
